Want to create a map, chart or table on health topics linked to environmental pollution?  Try the new online tool created by the California Environmental Health Tracking Program (CEHTP) that walks you through a series of quick steps to get statewide (and, in some cases, county-specific) information on topics ranging from asthma, to birth defects, to cancer.

The CEHTP website also provides resources that help researchers and others to understand and measure key pollutants, such as agricultural pesticide and traffic volume.  The overall goal of the CEHTP website?  “To improve public health by delivering science-based information on the trends and distributions of diseases, environmental threats, and the often complex relationship between them.”  View the site.
